Start-up Coaching
The Start-up Coaching Team has a strategic plan and vision for helping identify and launch new missionaries. The coaches you interact with possess the ability to dream of new opportunities, inspire and connect you with potential teammates, and strategize with others in how to gain access to and within new missional contexts. As missionaries are sent to new people and places within the city, Start-up coaches are there to journey with them.

Personal Discovery & Ongoing Coaching
The Personal Discovery Team exists to help missionaries understand how their giftings, passions, and story may influence their calling and to whom they have been sent. We believe that every person is created with a unique purpose and desire to see them realize their calling and be empowered as they pursue it. The Ongoing Coaching team exists to engage, encourage, and empower missional people, microchurches, and networks through continuous and consistent coaching. This team of coaches knows the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health of the people involved in and leading microchurches is critical and provides ongoing coaching to support them as they live as missionaries.
Josh Jackaway
Integration
The Integration Team exists to empower missional people, microchurches, and networks through crafting and honing a clear and compelling vision and articulating a strategy to accomplish their God-birthed dream. This team longs to see every microchurch understand their unique purpose and vision, and create tangible next steps to see it come further into reality. We believe that each expression will be unique because each extended spiritual family will be a collection of individuals who express their hearts to Jesus in unique ways. We’re not here to tell you what to do, or how to do it. Rather, we want to partner with you in determining where God is activating your missional DNA and how to see that vision of the Kingdom come to life.

Family
The Family Team exists to help create pathways for holistic disciple-making for every age and stage. We believe disciple-making happens best within a family structure, whether that’s a spiritual family or a biological family. Disciple-making isn’t just for adults. Our aim is to equip extended spiritual families in creating environments where people of every age can engage with and learn the rhythms and the ways of Jesus. This is not your typical children’s ministry program. We love children and long to raise up the next generation to know and love Jesus, know and love those around them, and to take Jesus to the people around them.
Zephan Allenbrand
Resident
The Serve Hub exists to invest in and multiply leaders across the city to see the beauty, justice and Good News of Jesus flourish in neighborhoods and networks beyond our geographical footprint. Zephan joins the Serve Hub directors team as a resident, to learn, grow and develop as a future Hub leader. He and his wife Taylar recently moved to Gardener, Kansas, and have seen God open doors already in their communty for them to plant the Gospel.
